Each refrigerated truck is equipped with both front and back dual refrigerating systems enabling flexible temperature adjustment and different temperature zone control for refrigerating and freezing. We adopted famous US ThermoKing refrigeration units of optimum and steady cooling effect to ensure cold transportation quality. The trucks 6.8m-long, 7.6m-long and 8.6m long are equipped with model KV500/10, T800M and CIMC’s SC70D front refrigeration unit. The rear unit is CIMC’s SC200-Q skirt refrigerator. 

Truck Refrigerated Compartment: the exterior walls are imported white pre-coated aluminum panels, while the interior walls are US imported food grade FRP. The flooring is flat all-welded structure of high strength. The compartment can accommodate operation of a 7.5-ton forklift. The insulation is 100mm-thick high quality energy-saving foam layer of efficient insulation which keeps a desired internal low temperature.

Zoned Temperature Control: with the front and rear dual refrigerating units, the compartment can flexibly realize zoned temperature control in a range from room temperature to - 20℃. In generally consists of three zones: the front frozen zone of -18℃~-20℃, the middle zone of room temperature and the back zone constantly at 1℃. There’re separating insulation panels between zones to ensure accurate zone temperatures. The compartment have one back door and two side doors to different zones, which maintain independent zone operation and avoids interference. We can adapt these zones to clients’ temperature requirement, both switching between refrigeration, freezing and room temperature zones, and changing the refrigeration & freezing temperatures.

Each of our refrigeration trucks is equipped with an compact yet powerful positioning device of a dimension 9cm*4.5cm*1.2cm for monitoring truck safety. Through smart positioning of transmitting GPS data in way of GPRS to websites, we can trace the vehicle location and path through computers, cell phones or text messages. This device enables an overall truck operation statistics including mileage, speeding, hard braking, rapid acceleration, etc., and further help improve our in-transit management, fuel consumption saving and optimum distance transportation. 

Through this GPS platform, we can realize the following functions, save fuel consumption and optimize our management:

1. Real-time Locating: 1 data transmission in every 10 sec constantly displays the truck location, realize real-time tracing;

2. Track Playback: the track colors differentiate speeds, display stops and track mileages;

3. Mileage Statistics: statistics per day, week and month;

4. Speeding statistics shows improper speedings;

5. Hard braking statistics shows improper emergency brakings;

6. Rapid acceleration statistics shows improper rapid speed increases;

7. Multi-truck dynamic tracing, dynamically displays status of multiply goals in one screen.

Based on our all-round TMS (transportation management system), the company has raised the concept of internet plus total cold chain, and customized a truck “Black Box”- a GPS based whole journey temperature/humidity recorder, which can dynamically controls, records and tracks the truck’s location, status, goods temperature/humidity, emergency alarms, trouble diagnosis, etc. Our business has been growing to cover the whole north, east and west China areas. These technologies helped solve two major industry problems, i.e. building a total cold chain from production to consumption, and realizing real-time data control. This greatly improves the cold chain logistics efficiency and accuracy by almost 15%. 

Zhonghe Shunda developed on its own the LENGBOSS Logistics Management Platform, an integrated system including both PC and mobile phone interfaces. It is dedicated to solving key cold chain issues like transaction matching, orders managing, accounting management, payment & settlement and KPI assessment. It features platform integration, chaining, intellectualization and visualization. 

The company has also developed multiple smart transportation and storage systems, such as cold chain network monitoring system, cold chain food safety information tracking platform, intelligent temperature sensing total chain tracking system and logistics supply chain distribution data integration system. These systems dramatically boosted our operation efficiency and accuracy, provided more efficient quality service, and were adopted into the whole north and east China’s related enterprises, enhancing the regional cold chain logistics industry.

To facilitate real-time tracking and inquiry of truck and goods conditions, we installed a GPS system on each truck and an in-transit inquiry system in the office. These can ensure our all-time monitoring, supervising and coordination of various trucks, and in case of emergency, allocate closest reqsources and make swift reactions according to truck and goods exact locations.

Our logistics managerial staff will access the GPS platform at any time to know trucks conditions, history tracks, speeds, locations and routes, and based on this they use our management system to save and analyze the data and propose optimizing solutions, which enables realization of best modes like shortest running time, highest driver’s efficiency and safest goods conditions.
